Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all locations across India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 4–7 working days depending on your pincode. Remote locations may require an additional 1–2 days.

4. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.
• COD Orders: A small COD fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
• Any applicable shipping charges are displayed clearly before payment.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email. You can track your parcel anytime using the provided link.

6. Delivery Attempts

The courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the order is not accepted, it will be returned to us.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligible for Return/Exchange

We accept return or exchange only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Missing item inside the parcel

Unboxing video is mandatory for any claim.

2. Not Eligible for Return

• Color variations due to lighting or screen display
• Change of mind
• Used or washed products
• Customized or altered products
• Items purchased during Sale or Special Offers

3. Return Window

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.

4. How to Request a Return

3. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you to ship the item back.

5. Refund/Resolution Options

We offer the following resolutions:

• Exchange with another product
• Store credit valid for 6 months

Monetary refunds are not provided.

6. Return Shipping Charges

• If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged/missing): We cover the return shipping cost.
• For all other reasons: Customer must bear the return courier charges.

7. COD Policy

COD is available on most products. Repeated cancellations may result in COD being disabled for your number.
