Easy Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

7-Day Window

You can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Eligible Items

Most items are eligible for return or exchange. Exceptions may include items on final sale or specific promotional items (clearly indicated on the product page).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items like accessories or items explicitly marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Initiate

To request a return or exchange, please log in to your account, go to 'My Orders', select the order, and click on the 'Return/Exchange' option. Follow the on-screen instructions. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support with your order details.

Return Pickup & Processing

We will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address in most locations. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
